Plots and Devices

Just out of interest, how far ahead have you got planned? Is the entire comic just waiting to be drawn or are you just going to let it rule itself?

When Britt commented about the Face Marks it showed that she didn't have it all planned out, though some of it may be. (That's all I know)

I haven't written a word-for-word script for the whole thing, but it's outlined pretty much to completion. All major plot-points and characters are planned. ^_^

^_^ You aren't that wrong - that IS what I said in response to the face marks. Those aren't planned thoroughly since they're not a big issue :D

What exactly would you consider a big issue, then?

I count it as a big issue when it's something like new characters introduced, important bits of info revealed, location changes, foreshadowing, symbolism, death, or new costumes :D Basically, anything that affects the overall plot. Teyn's face markings as they relate to him are somewhat important and will be touched on, however, while the other guard classes & markings exist, the story CAN continue without ever knowing what they mean or how many exactly there are.
Of course, that doesn't mean I *won't* define them, because it could be fun. ^_^

I generalized about the entire comic because I perceived the face marks to be a major plot point. Meh I'm going to go eat pudding.

Is there a reason for your face mark obsession? What's your secret?
